Jeff: Good to hear you got home safely. I really enjoyed reading your blog and seeing the pics. I looks like your life away from HD has started off on the right foot. I have always found a long trip on a motorcycle is strangely therapeutic. An unfiltered, unobstructed view of this beautiful, diverse country isn’t regularly available often today. And being all alone on a motorcycle in the middle of nowhere is one of the most calming places you can be, especially if you know the next gas stop is in range. Everyone should be required to take one long trip every year. The world would be a much better place.
This was a great read and was really inspriring. I looked forward to it every day; I’m gonna miss not having a new travel story to read every morning. The contrast between the experiances you were describing and the daily grind really makes you think…. Thanks for sharing this.
My pleasure. Thanks for staying tuned. It really has meant a lot to me. I’m not quite finished with the posts yet. I’d like to share some stats and final thoughts over the next few days.
Congrats Jeff! Great ride and really enjoyed your reports along the way…
